Delsam Unlimited is a multi-generational family business rooted in Michigan craftsmanship. My father spent more than 50 years building across the state — he started as an apprentice bricklayer under his own father, and his father before him. I'm proud to carry that torch forward, bringing generations of hands-on experience, a real eye for detail, and a simple commitment to building things right.
We founded Delsam Unlimited on a straightforward idea: most people don't want to line up a different contractor for every part of a job. They want one team that can handle the whole thing and stand behind it. So today we take on nearly everything except plumbing and electrical — remodels, additions, roofing, concrete, decks, garages, and commercial build-outs — for homeowners and businesses across Michigan.
And we're not a one-truck operation. We field a team of 25 skilled professionals across four dedicated crews, which lets us take on projects efficiently while keeping the personal attention and quality our family name has stood behind for decades.
We're based on M-21 in Owosso, but we'll travel for the right project. Whether it's a kitchen down the street or a build a couple hours away, you get the same thing: clear communication, honest pricing, and work done right the first time.
